Asunto: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!
I sold out my team because it was impossible to play for results at the top level and train very young players simultaneously. It is a paradox that 3-4th division teams have better training conditions than 1st division teams because they can afford the same coaches and playing youngsters in the league is not a big deal for them. Playing at the top level is not rewarding enough not only because of how much more money you can make by trading (both short term and long term) in comparison to what you receive from sponsors and tickets but also because it is easy to make lots of money in low divisions. The fact that clubs playing at the top of the 3rd division newly receive higher postseason bonuses than many 1st division teams adds to this problem. Also, I made a 3,2M profit (excluding transfers) last season when I played in the first division, but I lost much more by highly decreasing price of top old players. This is another often overlooked disadvantage of playing for results at the top level.
About the market, I think that it is in all of our interests that it stays very much alive. It is one of the few ways how to entertain users to spend more time in the game. Buying and selling players is a vital part of the game and should not be restricted unless necessary. Only unwanted behavior should be targeted, and the rest of the users should be untouched. For dealing with the case of abusing short-term trading, I would propose something like a progressive tax depending on the amount of time the player spent in the club and based on the net profit made on the sale.

It is impossible to compete in the top league with this sponsor money and success bonus. You are already losing a lot of money from every old player you sell.

The whole economy should be redone
I'm in 4th league [average teams level around 60, some play for 55, some for 65 etc.]
last season I ended at 6th place
I have 2 unearthly coaches + 3 brilliant coaches
always full youth school
104k stadium [high cost]
so this is basically almost the maximum I can spend, except for player wages
and I made 2.75m euro clear profit last season [not counting transfers]. 2 seasons ago [2nd place] I made profit of 3.5m euro if I remember correctly.
As Slavista wrote - it's far too easy to train at low levels. You don't have to sacrifice anything. You don't have a loss to cover.
Any lower income that you get is made even by the fact that you don't have to pay top wages.
Training in lower leagues is perfect. There's literally nothing to worry about. You just make money, without any problems.

How discussion every time goes in wrong direction when some random "top" manager starts crying how they needed to sell whole team and start over and over again, while you can't get enough money for top old players! And they start to compete for young talents over and over again, and then crying how prices for talents are to high! And somebody should do something!
How it would be if Real, MC, or any random top club decides, and announces: we are selling our whole team, but don't worry- will be fighting for championship, but this time Tercera or League One?!
Sponsors and fans should be reassured and confident and they stay with the team all the time... they all go in few seconds after this bullshit!

Extremely YES!

No!
If we want teams to go for achievements, we can´t penalize them (again) with Salaries. At least, not for now...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For me, problem is very simple:
1.- Money excess
2.- Teams that don´t play the game and only trade
3.- Teams that can´t sustainably compete
And solutions can be:
1.- Money excess & 2.- Teams that don´t play the game and only trade
a.- Tax on Transfers (I´m OK with action implemented, I´m sure it can be improved in the future)
b.- Tax "Slepping Money"
c.- Decrease Stadium Income (Expectations)
3.- Teams that can´t sustainably compete
a.- Increase Sponsor Money
b.- Increse Bonus for League Success

This is sooo true. Right now I am trying to survive in USA Major League while still playing a bunch of kids 15-20 minutes a game to get them up to 95/96% training.
It just widens the gap between myself and my opponents. Stadium income is good, but the sponsor money is a joke.

Limit transfer budget available after relegation according to league level and place.
Limit number of buys/sales. Let players lose teamwork or something if you making to many sales at once.
Tax stays as it is now.
Raise fans expectations after investing whole budget, or buying expensive players! If you pay much for only one player they expect he is superstar and making instant impact. Then all should think twice if you paying youngster 20M.
And make even more impact on fans base after relegating and not achieving goals with lot of squad investment!

I think they promised us 5-6 seasons ago. Cup matches would be played in the stadium of the team with the biggest stadium. where is this word? I am the leader of the top league, I play cup matches. Even in a friendly match, I'd make more money than that. Only one player's salary was revealed in the cup match. thanks
Ps.
Friends, don't make promises you can't keep.

For new members think this change will not be good. it will make the speed of this game slower and boring.
some teams are doing trading well doesn't mean the transfers should be changed! It's so little teams. The game was difficult as it is.
Now it will be more slower and not satisfactory for new users.
They do all this but no change other more common sense things?

Honestly, I think the game is too far off for any major change to have a positive impact.
But the small changes that are done are mostly superficial, unpractical or annoying for the game.
There are 3 changes that benefitted the game imo.
1) The training change
2) The enlargement of the league groups from 8 to 12
3) The skills visual for NT coaches (for the most part)
All the rest is not benefitting the game in it's current condition.
The shortening of the seasons doesn't benefit the game, since the engine is not adjusted to have a pleasant view for lower skilled players.
Also the youngsters are aging too fast, so they are largely too old to be a good prospect for the future.
Then there's the infinite bugstream
And as a bonus, the complete impression of desinterest for the game from the devs, mainly because of total absence of communication.
As far as I'm concerned, the only thing the game needs now is a stable environment, so bugfixing should be the main priority, even if it costs long term planning time for the devs. And why? Because the long term planning has a high probability to be in vain, when the vast core of users are quitting.
So the only benefitting the game now, is short term bug fixing to make the game stable enough for the core to stay and maybe for new members to stay (a bit longer)
From a stable game, it's much easier to build up fundamental changes.
And to start a stable game we need devs who, at least, communicate with it's admins and linguists, who then, in their turn, can communicate to the rest of the users.
If that is too much to ask, then asking for, or complaining about other things is pointless.
