has anything changed recently, of how much is the form affecting the players game ? and where can i see the description of it, cause in the tutorial stays nothing except this: Determines whether the player can take advantage of his skills in full. Players that are out of form will perform worse than they would if they were in a higher level of form.
What does it mean "worse" in that case, for example a 3x18 winger or a GK with good(7) form, becomes a 3x16 ?

There is a belief that difference between tragic and superdivine form is 2-3 skills.
So a player with superdivine form will perform according to his skills. The lower his form the lower his skills accordingly.

Those are 2 different theories.
So it means -1 in form=-1 skill from the second sentence?
From the first -18 in form is -3 skills.
If so, some skill precisely or a random one ?

No. 2-3 skills is maximum range between best and worst possible form. It influences all skills the same.
For example, player with superdivine form will look and play like this:

10 10

WIth very good form:
9,5 2,5
8,5 8,5
8,5 8,5
8,5 8,5

WIth tragic form:
8 1
7 7
7 7
7 7

I don't think it works like that.

8x tragic players always get match rating 0, but players with very low skills and bad form get better ratings, usually few points. If it was flat "-3 at tragic form" then they should (if their skills are lower than 4) get the same rating (=play the same) as 8x tragic player. Do I need to show examples? :P

I believe it's % drop from the current value, so about 3 skills drop if someone who has tragic form is superdivine in that skill, but for example only about 1.5 drop if that skill is very good.

So the better your player skills the more severe low form punishes you.

It kinda makes sense, when a superstar irl is out of form and plays shit, everyone notice it. When a shit player plays shit, it's just another day in the office

But that has nothing to do with form and everything with interest.
A superstar is followed 24/7...a shit player is neglected 24/7 :-p

I also think chance % is affected by form.
The better the form, the higher the % in chance of winning a duel.
