the problem is when I solve 2 K^2 +5K + 3, got as final result
( (2K+1)(K+1)(2K+3) )/3
while I should get
( (K+1)(4K+3) )/3

You cancel the 2K+1 when you have the equations on both sides I think.

Afaik Taking 3(2K+1) from both sides is legit. But, I'd have to have the problem infront of me
