I have a 16 year old who's coming in 2 weeks (when he'll be 17) who seems to have just about the max talent possible, depending on how much you trust the youth system (don't get me started on that nonsense). He's currently running at 3.16 with a Brilliant youth coach over 10 weeks evaluation. It's a matter of confidence in the game though, because I can very easily see him being another player that leaves for next to nothing,

I can't decided if I should keep or sell. Talent in youths is under 4 weeks. Skill distribution not bad.

I suppose he could become a def, mf or striker.

Eventually would be a nice def mid i guess. Age matters though ;)
