Asunto: »[JNRS]Juniors

he is currently very good with 16 weeks to go, and he is popping every 5 weeks. So he should be outstanding when he arrives, but can someone tell me if that means he is quite talented or not please

there seems to be some debate on whether the junior school pops effect the first team pops, or whether the talent for junior school is different to that of first team. seems that the only true way to know is to wait to see how long players take to pop in the first team.

Am I right in thinking that if you have a youth coach who is higher in one particular skill you will more than likely get youths trained in that skill? It maybe a dumb question, and probably answered may times before, but I am curious.

the youth coaches individual skills dont have any impact on the individual skills of the youth players. so when you hire a coach, keep his desired keeper skill low to save money.

I have an excellent coach, here are his stats:
James Bainton, age: 35,

excellent of stamina excellent of keeper
excellent of pace incredible of defender
good of technique excellent of playmaker
formidable of passing good of striker

And he is only 4440 a week, is this good for an excellent coach?

That's alright in my book. I've a formidable, I think his is about £5.5k so yours seems about right.
