Asunto: »[JNRS]Juniors

I've got 29. Trying to get it up to the maximum 30.

I have 16 places. I have been very 'picky' with who I retain to keep the cost down.

I'm really not too sure how picky to be, in the past ive only kept players with good skill, ot less if they have 30 odd weeks left. But now im not so sure!

I got a good 13

I'd say: keep them if you think that they'll be solid or above when they're ready, assume 4 weeks is the fastest pop, and 7 weeks roughly average. Then ditch them if they're not popping fast enough! Talented players with many weeks who start off at low levels can end up being ok - one of my very good yps started off as something like a poor 28!

Interesting, im really going to have t take a little more notice of this from now on, thanks for the advice!

To be honest, I am not very sure myself. I reject anything below average and only keep them if they are 20+ weeks. I may even sack these if they don't pop after 6/7 weeks.

So do I. I didn't keep any junior who has a skill below adquate: +20 > adequate. So far according to my personal experience, only juniors whose skill higher than solid, made me some profit.
