the next few weeks look tasty for me,
in 4 weeks 2formidables (possibly 1 outstanding) and 1 v.good then 2 solid 2 weeks after who should both be v.good by then

Excellent 2 and Outstanding 6 not too far away.

I hope we can keep quite a few of these players in England. One side note, is there going to be under21 teams soon?
2006-01-25 19:30:49
They have been half discussed. I'd expect them to appear eventually though.
2006-01-25 19:34:40
Just looking on Norton to be there soon
2006-01-25 19:59:57
Not that much for me at the moment :(

An Excellent 3 and Very Good 4 the only highlights.
2006-01-25 20:39:44
i've got goods coming through 2,4,7,8 & an average 8

He could pop. I've had players pop on the day they are ready before.

Me too. Should get another tomorrow. Charles Baillie. I'll keep him if he's half decent, because he's the fastest popper I've ever had, so you guys might never see his skills :)
2006-01-25 23:22:34
oh if he's that good, i dont believe you'll be able to prevent yourself posting them in here !
2006-01-25 23:23:29
Thing is, he'll only be excellent. But I'm hoping he has some relevant skills (and is dead young) and then I'll turn him into a super kid before anyone notices :)
2006-01-25 23:24:30
a cunning plan sir. are you of the persuasion that junior talent is different to first team talent ?
2006-01-25 23:26:55
That's one of the reasons I intend to keep him. Trying to find out. I farmed out a very talented kid a few weeks ago, and he's popped twice in the new owners chosen training in 2 weeks each time, lowish level.
Read into that what you will, but it looks to me that that guy has similar talent to what he had in the youth squad. Could be coincidence, of course, in a sample of one :)
2006-01-25 23:28:15
the other problem being that you would need practically identical coaches in both squads in order to accurately determine that. and a sample size of over 1000 to get to a margin of error of 3%. i guess we can never be entirely sure :)
2006-01-25 23:34:47
We can...we need one freak :)

One who takes 10 weeks to pop in the youthsquad, but 3 weeks to go from excellent to formidable.

Or a 4 weeker in the YS take 7 weeks to pop from tragic.
2006-01-25 23:37:05
who would be mad enough to train a player from tragic ?
