Top 4 teams seem to peel away, they're almost 5 points ahead.

Rock Bottom is now 32nd. Or, as their manager would say: 3rd from 30th.

Knew i had a bit of a shocker, and the table only confirms it! but always good to see matches/performances mapped out in these tables with the different metrics (especially as someone fairly new) so kudos for putting in the time to make them.

Maybe im not quite the tactical genius i thought just yet :)

With this big score tonight, Legia took the 1st place, knocking Anfield to 2nd. Top 4 is clearly creating its own league, it's now more than 7 points ahead of the 5th.
Legia's little trick paid off, 3 rounds in the row with great scores, 6 out of 9 rounds with scores over 4 points. But I have to stress that the trick (subs in the last 5 minutes) to bring the average rating down, it wouldn't work without a good result on the pitch. And this where I concede that Legia is the deserved leader.

League by league, the Premiership so far is dominated by Legia, with RTS and Thamesmead fighting for the 2nd place. Colne is now light distance after tonight's big score.
2.01 is led by Anfield. 2.02 by Shakespeare and 2.03 by Squeezers. All by some distance.

I haven't checked this week (and probably won't be able to update until Wednesday) but Legia are losing roughly 8 rating points with these subs, which is why the adjustment has been needed. Szolo lost about 10 in the last game.

I get it. I make subs towards the end of the game but for training purpose not for the TL. The fact that he plays those players 5 minutes is clearly a sign that they're not played to get the extra training. But, as I said, without the win (the main 3 points) this trick wouldn't be so effective. We only noticed Legia (and now you mentioned Szolo) because they're getting the big scores. But they're getting the big scores because they're winning games.

They're winning games because they have a points advantage. When you're reducing your rating from 68 to 60, that's the difference between an 8.5 and a 6 (and 4 to 1.5 for the loser).
I don't mind late subs but when I see it significantly impacting the TLG, the choice is either abandon the game or find a solution. I won't go into specifics about the adjustment because then it'd be easy to work around it but I'm watching every result now for any sign of ratings manipulation.
