Question:

If I have a guy who comes out in 28 weeks, is currently solid, and has 3-week talent, will he come out Divine? Is there a ceiling as to how high they can come out?

6 week talent, will list if somebody wants him

You should be judging where a player will come out (easiest way is with a manager tool like Sokker Manager).

If the player is gonna be very good or so when they're pulled, or if they have super-high talent, you keep them. Else reject.

Players you shouldn't have kept include: Gold, Hilton, Whitsitt (probably, unless talented and only in juniors short time), brooke, kenney, burciaga probably, prob not mercer.

3 week talent means a full pop (any pop after the first) took only 3 weeks, and he's done that multiple times...

If it was the first pop in 3 weeks, you have no idea what the talent is still.

If it was the 2nd that was 3 weeks, it could be a talent anywhere between 3-3.9 (nothing below 3 is possible imho).

If it was 2nd and 3rd that both only took 3 weeks he's likely 3.33 or better.

If he's already popped 4 times at 28 weeks, we gotta talk abotu how you're tracking these :)

In any case, even if a 3.9 week talent he'll be special. If he's better than that, go buy an incred coach. now. seriously :)

Edit: Actually you should be getting the incred coach AFTER wage updates, to minimize costs.

This guy is 28 wks out, Solid, has had two pops with only 2 flat bars between them (3 week talent).

My youth coach is already incredible.
