Youth school has been running for 3 seasons and hasn't produced anything really. 1 u21 National Team player.

It's good for the US national programs, but youth schools are so expensive and hardly ever turn out useful trainees.

It is not easy but i have I have 4 players from my youth school in my main team and another three is coming. It is not bad, I think. This is the only reason why I’m still here. You need minimum brilliant coach but the magical is better. That makes huge different. You need luck and patience too .

yeah, I'll be promoting out of B this season, and I just can't reconcile starting youth school when my stadium is still novice.

Jerome Coulter - great young junior. If you have one slot free, please train him.

I think you can also earn a lot of money from youth school. Besides, YS also brings a lot of fun. You have to be lucky and at least have a brilliant coach. I agree with what Mr. T. wrote.
