too old. I'm looking for 1-2 more 18-19 year olds this season. One whenever, and a second one after I sell Cavalieri around week 7-8

I pulled this one early last year and he didn't look too special.... he was a short timer in the youth school, so I wasn't sure about his talent:

Formidable in 3 weeks is great!

context matters, to an extent. was the pop before it late?

if I told you Dakota Hodge took three weeks to pop from average to adequate pace, at age 16, you (and I at the time) would have considered him an untalented bust. However, it just so happened that he started out of school with exactly 5.04 pace out of school, and only got 85% training one of those weeks. After three weeks he ended up around 6.30. So the good pop only took 2.

If I said Hodge popped from 6 to 7 in pace in 2 weeks (in a vacuum) you'd say he has great talent.

However, neither is true.

He will end up better than Ferri. Then again for 11 million, he better be :D

Ferri had an advantage because he got to train pace before pace training reform and a 16 week season for a few seasons. I will train Fisher for much longer because he is a US player. He will be a good future NT winger.

The best goalkeeper among the 17-year-olds is Habib. Someone should definitely train this goalkeeper.
