yep well explained.

Thanks Napthali. I will ensure I use this one in future..:)

Oops.

Forgot all about this game last week with soccer, work, uni and Flugtag. Guess it means I can work on a new training regime properly. Maybe.

Surprised my second string got off that many shots and goals, though.
2008-04-08 08:56:17
haha were you competing in Flugtag?
2008-04-09 07:42:08
Nah, I was sneakily making my way to the front so I could get good photos. Worked a treat to stand behind the kids, cause when their parents wanted them to go home, I was right beside the barrier, 15metres away from the ramp haha

Damn, my defenders just weren't good enough, I had them all in the right positions... :( That 4.6million striker proved his transfer value.

12-12 shots, at least I created some decent chances. 4-1 scoreline shows my strikers' lack of efficiency.

Somebody needs to teach my goalie how to catch a large floating beach ball...
2008-04-13 14:24:12
damn, some dodgy defending gave them a draw today....

one of my strikers scored an absolute screamer and were it not for the keeper, would've got another one (52nd minute for screamer)

Nice range on Sandilands goal :)
2008-04-13 16:26:25
lol both my goals today were from outside the box...
2008-04-20 11:41:42
12 shots, 1 goal, talk about efficiency...

also the first time my team got all adequate ratings.. now to move on to good :)
2008-04-20 11:54:30
ba... nothing...
25 shots = 1 goal... won 1-0 though...
2008-04-20 11:57:43
would've really appreciated the goal difference especially if it went down the line at the end of the season

Some funny things in my game today with CNF.

60th min - Henty takes a corner short for a 1-2 with Piekarek befor delivering a searing cross onto the head of Toper at the back post.

68th min - a devilish run from Toper, obviously offside not picked up by the assistant referee... goal.

78th min - midfielder drives towards the front post, draws the goalie and has two strikers queued up unmarked infront of goal... blazes away missing the lot!

Add to that two penalties given away by Swinehart and a send off for CNF's Salt. It was a pretty eventful game, but probably one fabian would like to forget. [:p]

I thought I might complain for the sake of it. Everyone complains about the shot-goal ratio as being too low and not enough goals are being scored. I think I'll complain about the opposite just cause I can :p. I conceded 2 goals from 3 shots today in an otherwise very boring, uninspiring match which I don't encourage anyone to watch unless they like watching tightly fought games where nothing really happens :p.

DAYUM... i never expected to see such a score, in div II no less...

@cometer
oO 5 shots the whole match...?!?

myself, pretty happy with the 6-0 win, never hurts to have more goals :D
the only gripe is that my star defender is out for the next match with 3 yellows... :(
time to get that new defender on the team i suppose...

EDIT: check out the goal in the 65th minute, nice angle. and all my mids got an assist today, how nice :)
