I dono't think you can make profit training him at his age. He'll increase, slowly, but his age value deterioration will outpace that.
If i were you i'd just look for ppl who post [k] for strong mids and offer him out.
EDIT: Note i said VALUE deterioration meaning sale price, not the value of the player shown by sk, and certainly not the skill determioration which won't happen for a while.
