You really think so? Average to solid is 3 tech levels ;-). I myself think that those 3 levels are going to make a huge difference in price. Then he'll make a great winger, now he's a good winger, but will be nothing more than 'a good winger without tech'. That, together with low def will reduce price heavily I guess.
