Asunto: Champions League 2010-2011

2011-04-28 18:22:24
Anyway, whatever was Barca or Real or any guys from another teams, all are cheaters and divers in their carreer... So many times... At any level...

Too less fair-play players in soccer history...

Btw i'm really happy that Barca has won yesterday.

Of course there was a handball. Toure made a move towards the ball, touched the ball with his hand, gained a lot of advantage thanks to it - clear handball.

And of course:

I love this picture.

Yes, but the sad thing is that those Barca fans who say that there is nothing wrong in what Pedro, Busquets and Alves do will after few days shout that Ronaldo/Torres/Drogba is a diver, that Henry should be killed for his handball etc. Hypocrites.

you see:P that's exactly what I mean.

Barca hater! :@P

and yes, that gif is epic :D

On the Belgian forum I said it was a disgrace what those players did so you shouldn't generalise..
It seems you are frustrated that real did lost because they didn't have the balls to attack and you are therefore attacking barça supporters. It aren't the supporters who were diving. Haters gonna hate.

first at all i'm not barca fan, but i'm not blind - i see clearly that pepe always plays in very dangerous way and with intention to hurt opponent (and after what he did against malaga he should have been disquallified forever from soccer).

on the other side diving, simulation etc. are really unfair, unspectacullar and boring and very harm beautifull game, but i can understand why they do this - look some compilation on youtube (per example fouls against cristiano ronaldo) and you'll understand that players need much more protection against butchers like pepe, roy keanne and similar (un)characters. if you say the pepe's foul isn't for red card, and if refs don't punish adequate situations like that, then you can expect only more diving and simulation. it would be really crazy and self-destructive that alves don't try avoid contact with pepe.

and third: it is ridiculous and shameful how real played yesterday - the most expensive team in the world got about 25% of ball posession in own stadium and in front of own fans. without any chance to score. it is ridiculous and shameful that mourinho never sees own mistakes and got always duty to blame. are diarra, pepe, adebayor... really better players than kaka, higuain, benzema? i doubt it.

The sad thing is that there is a lot of whining. I don't understand people crying about as diving as much as divers themselves cry :P

The trith is that the team that played consistently better the 3 matches so far ended up winning for the first time, with two nice, legal goals and a red card that most people agree with (by "most" I don't mean 3 sokker users nor two friends that were watching the match with you, but media comments around the world and poll results from Spanish media - from Madrid, not from Catalonia).
Not always the obvious thing happens in football, but, in the end, sometimes happens - like yesterday :P

You are all forgetting that the referee said he was a big fan of Messi. It's all luck that the one who got the red cards was the one making Messi invisible, right?

It's not luck: it is part of a conspiracy. Pepe was sent off by the same E.T. who ran away from area 51 and killed JFK: Elvis Presley.

we can always just look back to that Chelsea game as well. That was the most obviously crooked ref i have ever, ever, ever seen in my entire life. That game was just beyond a joke, surprised none of the players lamped the guy.
2011-04-28 20:51:02
Haha, you just made my day. :D

A lot more cards could/should have been shown:

yellow to Busquets for playacting
yellow to Pedro for playacting
yellow to Dani Alves for playacting
(yellow to Mascherano for playacting)

yellow to Di Maria for diving (and no yellow to Alves here)
red to Pepe
red to Adebayor for hitting Busquet
red to Marcelo

messi should have been booked at least once too, was just wiping players out at the end of the game

and third: it is ridiculous and shameful how real played yesterday - the most expensive team in the world got about 25% of ball posession in own stadium and in front of own fans

In the Spanish Cup final the percentage was about the same and who won.

Going on with this diving and cheating subject. One reason why Barca looked like team of cheating scums is possession percentage. The less you (Real) have the ball, the less you dive:)
