We in Africa would like to have our own Champions League. The clubs of our continent have about the same level. And I think it shouldn't be complicated to set up. We are 10 countries (Al Maghrib, al-Jazā’ir, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Misr, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tūnis). Each country sends 3 representatives, the two best countries in the ranking will send 4 representatives. Which will make 32 clubs for the Champions League.

So, I will help to found the best solutions, but I know that more important thing is: there will be a future, there will be a progress, it will be cool. I can't wait! :D

this solution would be difficult to maintain for longer, because we will try to increase the number of users in each country, and thus to grow in strength.
in international cup, teams will play with comparable teams from other countries, so the competition will be even and everyone will have a chance to win the cup

Its a step forward for sure, just make it with groups from start, because elimination right away is kinda cruel.

The biggest problem is that big countries like Polska, Romania, Italy have the most stronger teams and Champions from smaller countries often cant compete with them, like in current CC. So more cups will help out, but it will be hard to find ballanced criteria for qualifying.

how about average team rating in league matches? :-)

I hope you clarify the ideas, because I'm a little confused.
a cup with divions, promotion / relegation looks more like the UEFA nations league than a champion cup

Idea of all teams playing international Cup is great but i still think top level of this completion still need no restrictions and all teams from any country should have chance to participate to define ultimate champion as now in CL
limiting only top countries to had that option is not ok so top level should be slightly different from other levels maybe preliminary round and then eliminated teams from that round join lower levels

using avg rating on theory from league is good idea but current ratings are easy manipulative like training with mid orders etc also using bad players in games with no point etc i think club rang is most

There needs to be a way any player could have the chance of being in the highest cup division, and not just based on country league strength.

It is not fair if a truly dominant team within a country, is forced to play at a lower international cup because the others around him are rubbish, new, or bots.

This is why I like the league idea because you can move up. An international league would probably work best if instead of having divisions like they are now (1 in div 1, 4 in div 2, 16 in div 3), if it were 1 in div 1, 2 in div 2, 4 in div 3 etc. That way you could have both winners auto promoting, and the two 2nd places in a playoff match.

On top of this, it would be nice if this was separated a bit so that you work your way up through regions.

So you need to be one of the top in your country, and then you move up to like a close regional, then you move up to continental, then you move up to west and east, then you move up to top. This would be fun as you could move through the rankings with others from your country, and if you do poorly, you head back towards your country or region.

We need normal International competitions for top teams: CL, Europa League, etc.

For teams in lower divisions we need U21 international competitions.
