Important Information:
1 .- The day of the match will be Wednesday June 22, 2011
2.-The minimum number of participants is 23 users (23 Mexico-15 Costa Rica-8 Israel) (The teams that sign up as number 24 onwards, will be as "reserves" hoping to have more recorded from the participating countries or any of the first 23 may not participate in the challenge).
3 .- The deadline for registration is June 15, 2011 in the morning, so since then teams will NOT be accepted.
4.-Once you register you can NOT desinscribirte.
5 .- All matches must be played in Cup system
6 .- The winning team will give 1 point to the country belongs.
7.-The pairings will be based on Individual Performance Average, after week 14 after the latter one league match. The changes will not be permitted even if the team goes up or down the table after that time.
8 .- The teams entered the challenge will be entitled to participate. This rule does not apply for equipment on the waiting list. For those teams on the waiting list (reserve) the rule applies Average Individual Performance more appropriate to the potential opponent. So, the earlier you register the better.
9 .- The matches will be played in the biggest stadium, unless they come to an agreement the two teams to play in the smallest venue.
10 .- In case anyone of the participants of the challenge are ejected from the game or your computer is off bankruptcy, then the party is canceled, so no country gets the winning point.
