Not much fun to report today. Got a red card in minute 4 and had no midfield after that. Their team was just faster all over the field.

I hope all of you and your families are safe.

Brazil up tomorrow. It will be brutal, and I am trying something slightly controversial for the game, in hopes of mitigating their massive skill advantage over us.
Next week I will start reaching out to 18-19 year old owners and give suggestions on training strategy to better help the team next cycle.

Continued warm wishes to all of you and your families.

good luck ♥

Yeah, so I am still having some difficulties interpreting the interface for national teams....so we were the road team, not home. This was a match we were always going to struggle with.

Here's the results of our match against Malta: https://sokker.org/comment/matchID/40528356

Other than the Peru result I am happy with where we are. I'm still a bit confused as to why we performed so poorly that match. Peru is good, but not Brazil good, and I used a very stable defensive formation that I have used with great success on my personal team.

On a personal note, let me make it perfectly clear: Most Americans support Israel still. Don't allow the mass media to make you think otherwise. I would say it's 85-90% support, and in our Congress, about 90%. I can't stand the fact that the media all over the world gives attention to the radicals on each side of the political spectrum. I see these UN resolutions and it's like they all have amnesia. Like, they magically forget the reality that for 50 years not a single neighbor acknowledged your right to exist, constantly going to war and constantly attacking you - and getting their asses handed to them time and time again. They magically forget that part of Palestine was actually absorbed by Syria, and Jordan. I don't see those countries volunteering to offer their part for the (actual, innocent) Palestinians...

Oh, and in case anyone noticed: The home arenas I am choosing, instead of the default one, ae intentional. They are to (I hope) optimize our chances at successful results.

Good game today, the players on the wing made the difference with being freee most of the time.

Regarding the situation in the world, you have nothing to be upset about, the world is stupid and we no longer treat them, the UN can say what they want and we will do what we want.
Thanks for the support!

Regarding the stadium, I didn't understand what the benefit is, is there any effectiveness or a certain advantage?

I'll email you an answer to this - and anyone else who asks

Next week, we have a friendly with USA U21. We're only going to play U20 guys, so some players who may be good enough for the bench up until now will see some playing time :)
It'll be a hybrid 19/20 lineup.

I just took a deep dive into the 19 and under kids for this nation. For anyone reading this - we need defenders. It's really slim pickings in the 18-19 year old group right now.

In general, our community is smaller than before, so of course, unfortunately, our next generation (even in the adult NT, )I warned it will gonna be weaker

I know, just thought it would be worth pointing out here, since you guys are that are left are the ones pulling the youth. If I don't say anything, you guys don't know.

I'd really like to see you guys start consistently reporting youth coming out of youth school if they are decent.

We played a U21 scrimmage today against our good friends the United States:

Due to the fact we have anywhere from 3-5 20 year olds starting for the Cup team, I held all of them out but Slouk on defense. Because we really are shallow on defense. Otherwise, I played only 19 year olds and 20 year old backups. Even future star Asher Eprhaim got to see a little action today. I felt like we did a surprisingly decent job in possession. First goal was a little bit of bad luck, second goal was just a great pass from the American side.
