Asunto: »7170 managers in Sokker!
Have you ever tried using the new skin on a mobile phone? I found it an absolute pain to use.
I used it all the time on mobile
works far better than the old one, the buttons are much easier to tap

It 'wrong to write here, but since we are talking of all players registered to sokker
I wish you all a Merry Christmas :)

Not that often but sometimes and I think the 'new' skin works a lot better on smaller devices as the old skin, which is just a website on a small screen with all the downsides of using a website on a small screen.
The most problem I had was getting used to the new layout on my mobile, but that's just a matter of time, like all new things.

And the 50k+ users? Where did they go?(or better said, from where did they come?)
many of them brought by advertising. then, the most of them abandoned for many reasons: difficulty of understanding the game, lack of time, boring by ads, competition with easier to play games... that's what i think.
Most of them did not log even once, just bots of abnormal quantity.

Mostly Facebook, as Sokker was easy to find for a while thanks to good advertisement/payment from a manager, not thanks to the DEVs.

Thanks to Sokker Plus on christmas I was able to check that for NZ not even one of the remaining teams that were registered this year (~50 teams) did log in to their account yet...
Unfortunatly a predicatable outcome. A number of managers is still (very) active for Sokker, but the lazy DEVs do absolutely nothing with the results of these active managers. Thousands of new sign ups, nothing from the DEVs, not even some bug fixing.
Well, if Greg takes this game as a hobby, then no wonder. I have a feeling he earns much more money from his main job, than from this game. Sokker is just an extra income for him, so as long it is profitable enough, it wont be put offline. IMO.
On the other hand, we have all seen this massive whining what usually comes with major updates, so... Still, there are many things what could be improved around here - starting from the exp given to new users etc. Small things, but could make a big and positive change.
e: but those things have been discussed many-many times before, so no point to do it again very detailed. There is simply no point, as life has already shown.
