Asunto: »7170 managers in Sokker!
Minus the approximately 1'500 managers who are inactive for weeks.
And the other 2000 managers who are not really active, but keeping their team alive with training and basic or corner tactics :-p
Well they enjoy the game with training aspect not all can play in top division
That's why we need more international tournaments without injuries Mabe arcade ones ...

managers: 9116
I think about 9000 hardcore managers who still hanging on ... or most probably less because also new managers come and go.
I see I already mentioned 1-2-4-8 etc + large bottom league for new managers to start in during the season to prevent to many botteams but still enough promotion possibilities, or even better 1-1-2-4-8 etc, because how many countries have 2 second divisions? O wait, 1-3-9 makes sence ...
Edit, I now see it was already under 9000, so definitely less hardcore managers left. One by one I see them leave in the Netherlands.

Yep, that's me
Hard to let go when playing Sokker for so long now (2006-02-11) and tried everything to make it a better game with many other managers who did what they could, but unfortunatly first with greg in the way, now the new DEVs.

Please some less negative talking.
I do like the changes and I know more People do.
Next to that, the total managers are rising the last weeks.

Kidding right? Only reason it looks like it's going up is because the inactives and bots aren't being removed.
The new league structure changes are killing small and medium sized nations, with many teams losing huge amounts of incomes. Those left in div 2 Australia have dropped down to sponsorship levels they started the game with 2-3years ago, basically being told, who cares about all the time and effort you put in to the game, you get to be a complete newbie again. And don't even talk about the gate receipts, couldn't buy a bag of chips with it.
The new changes are killing the game for all but a select few countries, and not deleting inactive managers does not mean more people are joining.

Not kidding.
And maybe for very small countries it is a problem, but not for small to big countries.
I know because I am from a bit small country, for us it is good.
And yes I do really like the changes and yes there are lots of people like me.

Since start of the season on march 20th my team played 16 / won 15. The only match lost was a friendly. The new league structure promoted several bot teams to NZ premier league.
- Supporters dropped from 2887 to 2824 (-63) within 5 weeks (just yesterday -15 again)
- Sponsorship money dropped from 507 119 NZ$ to 363 543 NZ$ currently
- Gate receipts against bot teams are just about 50% compared to (human) opponents likely to finish 3rd-5th
Now that's definitively a big disadvantage for countries with a small amount of users caused by the new league structure.
