I actually don't understand why people pay soo much for a trainee...they could easly get 2 fully trained exellent NT-defenders for that price....but anyway every1 can buy what ever he likes to

find me at least 1 for that price....

at the moment prices are very low;) but yeah I thought the money was in euro...so maybe one and half not two ;)

Euro and $$ are the same.

You can get a NT quality defender for about $7m - $8m, so 1 1/2 is right.

if you look for 27 yo or older, you can even find them for 5.75M :)

I can't get over $12.5m for a 20 year old. The MOST this player will ever sell for is $16m after 3-4 years of training. Take $6m for two trainees, train for 2 seasons, and you double your money.

I don't think so.The game just gets boring after some time and the biggest pleasure is having a talented trainee.This is a superb player so I can understand the buyer :)

i got better player, but unfortunately jonandabby is not so crazy as the other buyer xD

in my opinion there are a few of these crazy deals happening alright - wasnt there a 30M junior or something?
but yeah, i cant see him making his money back from him :)
its crazy to see this happening alright, but i dont think the market is gone crazy just because of one player!

The point is not in making money back from him.
The buyer wanted this player for a long time and he paid the requested price.
The transfer was not about money but about having one of the most talented and well developed 20yo players.
