I'm going to organize a tournament for small countries

the whole season for U21s are friendlies mate so you can arrange fixtures in advance with a verbal agreement. Obviously you will need to book the friendlies week in week out.

matanb has a good point too, probably there will some inofficial tournaments for U21, I already heard about plans for continental championchips instead of a World Cup like usual. Maybe you lose interesting options if you book your matches too early.

IF it is for small countries and I win the elections, I will enter the tournament after confirming with the Maltese users.

Maybe I'm in too, the elections are finished tomorrow and then we all know. It's nice to have the first weeks booked so i could take me the time to do some good tactics and scout players instead ;)
