Maybe you aren't using your players on the right position though.

Noone knows exactly but it looks like.
Many people have different opinions about that but it's a fact that there are many factors influencing it.
Like what match he plays (league or friendly, or both), for how long and on which position.
If you take a look at the BOT teams you will notice that their players have usually all very low form.
Why? Because some never play and others are just not on their position (maybe).

However, there are players that are never happy.
This is only a hint to try out different things for key players if possible.
A keeper can of course only play in the goal, but maybe he wants to play the friendly match etc.?

it was a problem with an old version of firesokker ;)

I think the point is that the form must be controlled by the managers..

I have to decide how to handle this part of the game, knowing the logic that run the form!!!
