i have 3 strikers:

tragic form
hopeless form
and the best: solid form (but still drop his form)

it's pretty much like with random.
the night before the form changes, go to bed with a little red horn and a hump back puppet under your pillow. the morning after check your players form, if it didn't work try with a horse iron and a quadrifoglio, keep trying 'till you find the right formula.

Noone has.
You don't need to prove everything that's the nice part of an online game: Not everything is known which creates holes for own creativity. Else we would be all just BOTs playing same tactics and players ;)

It works quite well for me.
I know certain players in my team want to play on certain position, else they lose form.
I trust in this and it works for him.
Another player likes to play the league match and rest in the friendly to stay on divine and it works for me.
I also know that there are certain players that can't be helped with this "tricks" and I sell them.

For me it's not a bug.
You don't know if your tactic is good or bad for the engine as well....you try it out and either it works or not.

Sacrifice black goats at midnight. If it doesn't work, change goats to virgins. :D

i agree also.. its like strikers..i find they rarely lose form..and my keeper has been on incredible or above for 3 seasons now :)

i just think as loop said..they want to play in certain positions :)
