Asunto: Plus problem

Hi there, i renewed my subscription for a year via bank transfer, however i was debited and no confirmation received via e-mail.
Anything to be worried about?

Could I buy PLUS for 2 (or more) years at once? Will the 2 years be added to the current time of PLUS membership?

Plus package was only max. 1 year of subscription. I do not think they will add such an option. But, for your knowledge, I will ask them.

Hi everyone... i payed my plus the last monday, but i dont have activate plus yet... what about that?

i get plus to see match on 3d and it dont working, why?

I think that the match start to open and You just see progress bar which is not progressing - in that case try refreshing the page, it should start loading after that, although You might need to wait few minutes

i refreshing and npot any result, it says cdonnecting and the loadiung bar is empty

first loading might be longer

open match, wait for progress bar and "connecting" text to show, wait about a minute, if nothing changes then refresh page and this time wait longer, if after 5-10 minutes there will be no difference then You can try Ctrl+Shift+J, switch to console tab, paste here an error displayed there if any
if there is no error there then the only thing I can recommend is to try it on different browser

what happend here? i payed my plus 8 days ago and today i dont have plus yet... some admin? i wrote severals admins but they if answer they do with a remarcable delay...
