Yes, I started playing Sokker 2006-05-25 and most of this I have paid plus (allways with bank transfer).

This could be the end for me. I am losing my motivation. No help from nowhere. It's also a matter of principle.

Admins who help are facing problems they can't solve, waiting answers and solutions from owners.

Admins that could help, sit back and enjoy free plus, It's always better than doing an impossible job.

That's how it's always "worked". Nothing professional. Admins can't do anything. There should be — at least — a direct line to owners about payment concerns.

First of all they wanted to deactivate bank transfers to avoid such problems. That is a good move when you have many possibilities of quick paymants.
