Asunto: Plus problem

Tried to use Revolut Visa card to pay monthly and it's not working, so I am unable to renew plus and don't want to get a new card just for sokker :)

I actually just paid my brother to use his for the promo period.. lol
so silly you can't get the deal with out a visa ... paypal was perfect!
i hope they sort it out

Hello, I tried that monthly subcsription, but some error came when I tryied to pay...

Now my transaction history looks like this:

I am paying 3 plus per month now? Can someone fix this?

As you can see, all 3 have status NEW, if you would be paying it would have status PAID or something similar.
Everytime, you click on buy and pay button, there is new transaction try, if there were less than 20 minutes since the last transaction try, then the new one will probably end with immediate error saying that the user already belongs to group-subscription or something like that. If you would like to finish some NEW transaction you would have to click on link from email message got from TPay and fulfill some data afterwards. If more than 20 minutes have passed since last transaction try then you should be able to create new one.

Hope it explains a lot, if not everything for you.

Am I the only one to be scared to take the monthly subscription ?
It is written than we can unsubscribe at any time but they don't say how.
+ when we see how the issues are adressed by the devs, how to be sure that the cancellation requests will be adressed properly ?

I was trying to buy it after looong stop about it.

But it is crazy; it is not possible. They say you can pay with Paypal, which is the most secure. Instead, come one or two unknown companies that want the credit card numbers!!!

What is going on? It looks like I can´t get this offer because their site doesn´t work!

I helped yesterday a friend and it worked .
The only problem could appear if you choose currency EUR - however leaving it on PLN doesn`t make a difference.
Perhaps it's your browser settings, or your VPN, or your firewall - close them and/or try with another browser

I tried both Pol and Euro. The browser is the same as I use for paying online, and because I was paying, I turned off VIP in a few minutes.

So I couldn´t use PayPal as the screen shows we could. I have never heard of this paying company, and of course, I don´t use debit paying online; nobody should do that.

So I lost this offer, great!

To be honest, nobody cares if you ever heared of it and if you really wanted to get the profit of the offer, you would start earlier.
It gets annoying reading messages like yours. You accuse everything possible and don`t want to realise, that it`s you the one, who should act different, to get a different result. Not so great showing up as a victim..

I mentioned the problem they set up Bessewisser!
It is annoying to read people putting words up in the mouths of others to try to be something.

And no, I will not waste time on you so you can write as you want, trying to be something!!!

out of curiosity, because I am not sure if I understand you correctly
1. You are talking about subscription option, not single payment, right?
2. where do you see sokker saying you can pay it (subscription) via PayPal? PayPal can be used for single payment and I think only single payment
3. was there any error? what exactly was the problem? step by step, screenshots, more detailed description etc.

Continue with this mentality, do all your tasks last minute and expect every time you complain to get responces youdeserve from Bessewissers and from people like tsolias. Stupid behavior...

Paypal was given as a possible. For security reasons, it is one of the few I use because it takes a lot of time to get money back.
So I simply do not take the risk to pay with an unknown company.

Single payment or monthly is no problem. So the only thing I was complaining about was not having the possibility to pay with the company Sokker gave up as one of the options.
So, not least because of that, it is very annoying to read comments from people like tsolias trying to put words in my mouth.

I was a subscriber many years ago, but I stopped because it was not worth it. Now, there have been many positive changes, so it is more tempting to start over again.

And just is it a misunderstanding? You can always pay with Paypal, Payoneer, or similar singly or monthly. But maybe Sokker has it differently. But if they put it on the page as a possibility, it is important that it is correct.
