I had a monthly subscription plus
My Plus period ended yesterday. Even though I had money on my debit card, it was not automatically renewed. So I bought it again. Money came out of my account but still no plus. Why don't you solve such a simple thing? Wheres the Raul or devs? Why don't the game owners care about the users in this game? I think everyone except Raul would manage this game better and at least communicate with the players.

My problem is still not solved. I had been buying regular plus for one and a half or two years because I wanted to support this game. I guess I don't plan on buying it from now on.
