I had a monthly subscription plus
My Plus period ended yesterday. Even though I had money on my debit card, it was not automatically renewed. So I bought it again. Money came out of my account but still no plus. Why don't you solve such a simple thing? Wheres the Raul or devs? Why don't the game owners care about the users in this game? I think everyone except Raul would manage this game better and at least communicate with the players.

My problem is still not solved. I had been buying regular plus for one and a half or two years because I wanted to support this game. I guess I don't plan on buying it from now on. If they don't think about us, why should we think about them? I'm really not in the mood for money, it doesn't matter if the money goes away. I have no words to say that they, like me, are losing plus users one by one and they cannot see this.

according to what I know or at least to what I knew or get to know when You first wrote to me is that you didnt pay for anything, You got multiple unfinished/unpaid/not finalized transactions (now maybe something has changed but I didnt ask devs wherther it did or did not)
