Hi all, I paid the annual subscription yesterday, but my plus hasn’t been activated yet. I did the payment with my credit card and i got a message from Tpay confirming the charge. I can see the charge in my bank account as well. Is there anyone that can help me? Thanks!

are you sure sure the transaction has been finalized and the money deducted from your account balance or is it in some kind of pending state? maybe it is waiting for some approval?

Thank you for replying. You are right, the transaction although deducted still is showing as pending in the statement. It is showing as a new in the sokker payment history page. I will wait till the transaction is completed to see if the plus is activated by then. Thank you!

Hi, I want to make my first sokker plus payment, I have tried the last 2 days to make that happen but everytime it tells me I have to try later. Is there a problem with PayPal payments in this game? Thank you!

far too less information provided to serve help, but I think that you are trying to buy single payment plus via PayPal choosing EUR as currency

euro is now unavailable to process for PayPal, but unfortunately still available to choose and may cause problems as the one you see
