laughy
if you give me free this team so I could rejected it :D

Gael you laughing but its a paradox that Uzbekistan have just 3 users, but i dont know they have good players... they draw with Jamaica 2-2, and Jamaica made good result... so...don't laugh...if you are good manager you can make a lot of surprise, and that is the true challenge.

Since I have retired my candidature, now I can say something.

I have already diceted who will be Uzbekistan Nt coach for next season

With 'diceted', do you mean 'decided' or 'dictated' (that is, what dictators do)?

I'm sorry to have taken your 'call for help' as a serious one. You seem not to have entered (until today) in your own national forums to read (and not all of) them, not have felt the need of questioning the candidates, promoting any discussion, or contacting them, in order to make any kind of wise decission.

In fact, I would say that all this 'request thing' resembles more a 'screen' to back and try to justify the decission that unilaterally you want to take (curiously, the candidate choosen -the current NT coach- was in your friends' list).

Of course, I may be wrong, and in any case I am not going to waste my time discuting. Anyway, good luck with your NTs, and I hope it to get the successes it could deserve ;P

Of course, I may be wrong

Yes, this is it :>. U R just very disapointed cause you thing before - you are the best of all, but the truth is hard :>
2012-09-23 19:44:00
I think this was a pure show off :)
2012-09-23 19:50:26
No, you have no idea at all. Please check the Uzbek forums to understand anything, before daring to speak ;)

But of course, if you consider comments as 'winners sound like winner', or 'Rocco Siffredi is bigger and harder', and the such around this thread as good agumentations to choose candidates... well, suit yourself.

ill speak :) as i think i know the situation better than all :P Uzbekistan has a very low player base, and still has a 'good' squad. this isn't by accident, but because people have tried to help, we have had about 10 people helping over the last year training individuals, giving tactic help, or even trying to get people motivated. Then every election time about 30 'new' people show up wanting to be the coach. so i have news for you, some people will get disappointed.

i think the people that have been selected will do a great job as they have proved in the past that then can improve the team, even with the limited players and there skills.

and 'Winner' and 'Rocco', even though they seem like good mangers, they wasn't really contenders for the job. If you want any more information please SK mail me, rather than falsely accusing people of things they haven't done in places they might not even check.
