I was lucky to win though, sydval wasn't really taking part in the elections, he didn't even post a speech.

also, there were 3 big Italian names - also busbi and icciban - so the votes for 'Italian coach' were divided in 3 persons...

Ireland are looking for an U21 coach. All serious candidates will be considered. Only 3 applicants so far

Usually not that many. But if we get a good candidate then the vote is usually very one sided.

It also seems very unlikely that person will get the job so we'd like to get as many people to apply as possible so we can listen and evaluate who would be the best fit for our U21 team

The best candidate would be langhe... try him, a lot of experience, serious, a great tactician... 4 in one.
