Asunto: »[NT][U21] Looking for coach

well I 've done 8 seasons with Croatia U21 and they were super interesting to do scouting, selecting, negotiating about training with owners, finding right tactics for every generation- it is more like mining job :D hardest thing in sokker cause every detail counts and due to low skills things on field can go bad with ease. later NT level is like taking vacation ;)

U21 is boring. once you have tasted the thrill of main team, its quite hard to find anything interesting in U21 games.

I don't think so - my Young Polish Raccons Brigade is more interesting than senior team - and skills change only in one way, always up :)

actually after a lot of seasons working with senior NTs I will not have a problem in finding an U21 team. I think it is more difficult since player have lower skills and you lose your players very fast since after max 2/3 seasons they are out of the NT. More of a challenge if I may say.

So NTs looking for U21 coach I will be very happy to apply.

I would like to apply in any country for U21 coach, but I have no contact with anyone outside of my country, then I come to this topic to ask if any of the gaming community would be interested in me being your technical U21 selection.

unfortunately the elections close tomorrow, so the logistic time to contest these elections with realistic chances are almost 0%.

Thus, I suggest that you prepare yourself for next season.

Hints:

1) Choose a country which is not doing very well ( the reason is that you will never get elected in a country on a good form of results)

2) Add their Sokker Forum and start introducing yourself and participating, whilst maybe passing your comments on the NT games.

3) Try to get involved as part of the scout teams. This helps you to get yourself known and a proof that you are committed. This helps a lot. Scout posts are available almost in every country since it is a bit boring and annoying compared to the action of choosing players and tactics.


Good luck , I am sure that if you are committed you will find a job as an NT coach.

Someone should come and candidate for Jamaican NT manager. Im currently winning but i have no intention and no time to be actually playing with that team.

I am the candidate for France u21 :)

I could be the coach of one NT but dont know which one yet;p

with me there will ne no loosing( almost 40 matches without loosing in league, every season promoted from 6th league to 3, and many arcade won even with teams with average ~75-77%(almost every)

which country want to have that kind of coach?:)
