Not when they list their formation to the television broadcast no, but more then 1% have a winger that is very centered...
If you really have to complain about RL similarity, it should be the lack of midfielders that are capable of scoring, and wingbacks not being playable since the ball is so fast in other end/the statics of defenders having to move as ordered...
