When Nin told me his injured 20yo striker was the Swiss' best, I thought it was funny. Now I know he must be the only one who can aim.

I'm disgusted with that result.

I will admit that we got lucky. To be honest though, I don't think you had many more good chances than us.

I thought we had 3 good chances but the strikers completely screwed them up. Villars early on, Favre clean through, Villars clean through and shoots from distance. There was also a keeper fumble and a couple of headers. To not score from any of them is just one of those things but for you to go down the other end and with only your 2nd shot have a midfielder beat our divine keeper... * shakes head *

I said it yesterday and it turned out to be prophetic but I don't like how difficult it is now for strikers to get past the defence if they're not playing on the offside line. Pushing up last season was bad, this is worse.

If it makes you feel better, he's not a midfielder. He's a striker with really good passing and PM.
