When league changes will be updated? After first league match?

This is a tricky part...
No league info are available on team xml file. I have to parse all match xml files and extract league ID but for this I need the league (new season) matches.

So, when league info will be available in xml files, you'll be able to view the new league details.
After next Monday sokker updates the new league details should be visible - new season league matches will be generated.

Anyway, this part (league identification) is not working to well... it's hard to test the algorithm every 16 weeks.

is there a chance to have the trained weeks coloured in the skills pop pages implemented ?

I've thought about this feature as well.
When I got some free time I'll check if this can be implemented with actual design.

Last training progress on juniors shows weird results compared to website page (some players are marked to have some training up and they don't and vice versa).

Am I the only one to notice this ?

You shouldn't have any difference if you update weekly.

Agree. It was the case some weeks ago when it worked perfectly. But now it indicates wrong data.

The same happens with SO, if you don't update weekly the data won't look the same as in Sokker. Make sure you update weekly so the data will stay the same :)

Isn't it possible to make auto-update ones a week, for example on Monday? Or is this to much work or to much permissions needed?
