Great news!

And it's live on Google Play store... again.

First uninstall the the old version and after that install the new one from Google Play.
If you're not doing the uninstall you are going to have 2 apps installed (the same name/icon).

Version 1.1.0:
- improved app login (now you can change password/username on site)
- added XXHDPI and XXXHDPI resources

Maybe an idea to add talent to juniors, if possible? This way the app becomes more like a tool in stead of a nice gadget :)

And not just number of weeks / pops = talent, but a bit more realistic, something like this:

- first 10 weeks the only info managers get is talent uncertain, in color red for example
- from week 11 till week 20 talent ± 4.3, in color orange for example
- from week 21 and higher talent ± 4.1, in color green for example

Green suggests the talent is known, but the ± still shows it's an estimation.

Indeed, maybe a bit to much color :P You could try different greens, from very light to dark green? Or from yellow to light green to dark green?

Or maybe delete the 'Expected skill' text, as that makes it a lot more text and therefore colorful, and maybe this text is also too confusing because when still red and yellow the estimation can be way off.
