yes, it wasn't a mistake caused by a misclick, but it was a mistake caused by an emotional state. can we agree this?
at this i agree 100% , he did a mistake, your point of view is pure rational, but in rules it says that admins can not intervene on user decision to sack a player.

Mistake or not (who cares), one of a admin's broke the rules and should "pay" for it
I understand admins, they do not understand romanian language, they didnt had the right information about this situation but now they have all the info they need.

you mailed the NT manager to pull him out from the team for" some days" or something like that, then you sacked the player, the player was brought back in your team, action that should not happen because you sacked him intentionally, what's so secret ? you wrote it on the forum that you fired him because he play like 3x solid and you paid his salary for nothing.
