I made the exact same comment in another topic! However...as much as I like people to say this is a football manager simulation, there's too much difference from real life to be a real life simulator. either we go all the way or we stick to a game. Having a middle way is good, but then the reason of being a simulator or a game can never be used as a reason to not implement something.
