Asunto: Bankruptcy

2014-02-22 15:18:27
After 8 years in this game I am facing bankruptcy. It looks like I will not be able to avoid it as I want to list about 10 players but it is only letting me list the 3 with announcements. I have sacked players, sacked trainers, reduced junior school all to cut costs. It seems strange that running 2nd in my league my supporters are depressed thus meaning less income from tickets which I think is a big part of the reason I have dropped down in revenue so much recently.

I don't know why it will not let me sell players to get out of trouble. Seems a problem with the game.
Unless I have the three I've listed get really good prices I'm stuffed now.

3 anouncements is max, but you can list more.

/edit: an anouncement is only a way to attract people, nothing more.
The 3 players you made an anouncement for are not on the transferlist right now...

Main team, 38 players

Let me know how you manage to train them all each week.

click sell, set your minimal price to 1-2 $, as you don`t have other possibility and they will be sold...make sure you transferlist some players of value, enough to get you out of the bankrupcy
2014-02-22 16:30:18
for the players you just advertised, you will take around 250k $...list something else, that can assure your budget at least until the beginning of the season
2014-02-22 17:11:26
You and I both know that only gets you so far :P

haha yeah, best training ever ;)

First sell 16 (!!) players so you have 22 players (11 players for your first team, and 11 players for your second team which are mosty trainees if you do it right), that would be a good start.

And the game prevents daytrading so that's why you probably can't sell all players at the same time, but every day you can try to put as many on the transferlist as possible. And make sure the deadline of players is at the beginning of the evening (european time) but not in the weekend, that's when most managers will be online and not to many players on the transferlist.

And use the forums to advertise your players or contact managers who are looking for players (read the forum rules):
- Forum Transfers Juniors (en)
- Forum Transfers Stars (en)
- Forum Transfers (en) (to contact managers)

And ofcourse look for the national Sokker forums of each country when you sell a player. Often you can post an add of a player in transfer topics on the national forums when a player has that nationality.

no wonder he has 36 players.

its possible he cant login anymore even at this stage.

@guy. if you go more than 500k euro into debt you cannot login. if you have player sales after this time. once the money comes to your account you will be able to login again

I've never had a problem with the transfer system before.

Transfers income: 9 612 028 AU$ average 78 147 AU$ (123 of sales)
Transfers expenses: 12 636 202 AU$ average 902 586 AU$ (14 of purchases)

looks like putting I have to put minimum bid of $1 for it to work.

It's always been like that, a minimum bid of 1.

Btw, your choosen deadline times aren't really a smart move, not many managers will be online to start bidwars, so you will make a lot less money as what you could earn from transfers. If I was you I would remove the players of the tranferlist right away and put them back on at better deadline times (when Europe is more awake ;)). Put them on the transferlist, for example between 05:00 AM and 07:00 AM (Sydney time), not much later.

my advice:
sell all your high salary players, close academy, fired all coach.

that will save your club. it is okay to get degradation to lower division for this season instead you keep fighting but at the end, you get bankrupt.

if your club save, calculate again your income and expenditure. you must count, you can get profit without ticket income.

If you need some help,i'd gladly give you some advice or method how to make more money. And im sure a lot of fellow manager also would.
You can even look for a mentor.Good luck finding a way out!

He did not have the choice to put the players on another time..., he had to do it before 8.00 hours .
Look at the deadline.
