The problem is greg doesn't want a tutorial telling managers what to do. Even though I think this tutorial covers the basics and still give managers enough room do their own thing, but it most probably is already too much info in a way greg doesn't like it.
So if managers want to use this tutorial, the best thing to do for now is to translate the text and post it on the newbie forum and ask a mod to make it a sticky thread (topic always on top of the forum).
You can download the documents from tinyupload.com:
Tutorial 1 How to get started with Sokker
Tutorial 2 Getting more advanced with Sokker

Well with all respect for greg, he don't always listen to the community, and we don't always agree with him either (Since he have shown that he don't always make the right decisions for this game). One person can't go against everyone even if he created the game, and he can't always be right. In this case, i don't agree with him. Every game has and should have tutorials. This game wouldn't be anything without the users.
Specially when new users leave the game often because of the tactic system, its a hard curve for new users, when they get over it they will love it. But they will need some guidance during that time.. Sokker is more nerdy or advanced in compare to other manager games, so if there is a game that would need tutorials, its this game Imo.
We could send video tutorials through sk welcome mail, he can't control that.

Indeed, that's why a Dutch version of the How to get started with Sokker tutorial is send to all new managers :)
Good tutorial video(s) would also be great.

What do you mean by the division prize money? :p
I think one of the problem for the new users is in their first week they cannot write into the forum.
