It would be nice if talent is transferred from last team to new team…

Of course, only happens if the player has a history in sokker assistant

Maybe I can add a checkbox in the configuration, something like:

- Share training data of sold/bought players

If both buyer and seller have the check marked, the data will be transferred automatically

Edit: oh, I forgot it's not so easy. The training types are stored in the user. If you trained pace for defs in one week, that's stored only once and every player knows what he trained depending on where he played that week. If I copy the training data from another user, the trainings will be messed :/

Hmm I could add a popup that shows the info from the original user or something like that

Well, it's an estimation rather than a calculation

it takes into account the training data: the age, the level, the skill and the training points needed, and with all of that makes the estimation about the talent

According to the program, I keep those whose talent value is below 4 in the team, I hope I will not regret it in the wrong future. :)

That's either because the data stored is wrong or because the default training configuration is wrong, probably the 2nd :P

In your case I see the player had 2 different complete pops (this is, 2 consecutive pops) in two different skills: you achieved one of them with individual trainings and the other with general trainings. And the assistant calculates different talents for boths pair of pops

There are several factors that could explain the difference. Maybe it's because of the general training factor, cause of your assistants, because the skills factors are wrong... Or, most likely, all of them altogether. In the end, as I always say, it's an estimation because the formulas are a guess, not the exact formulas

The problem is that it's not easy to guess a formula like this. There are many factors that have influence in the result and we would need a lot of reliable data to have a better aproximation. And yes, it would be easy to change the factors to make your player's prediction to fit your data, but then the rest of players would probably be broken. The default configuration was the best I could find out of my players

No need, thanks. I was experimenting on a "throw away" player so I don't care about him :)
My goal was to add tranings from a players previous club and check what talent SA would calculate based on that.

Would it be possible to add a "sandbox mode" to SA? Where I could create a player with given age, skills, then add tranings?
This would solve what I wanted to do and would also be an interesting feature in my opinion. Especially for new users that often ask questions like "My player popped from [4] to [7] passing every 3 weeks. Is this a good talent?"
