If it says that 4.02 is minimal then nothing under it should be possible with the parameters SA is using. Try setting talent to 4.02 and then make a screenshot, it should align with the best case scenario: no points after pop to hopeless and 1 point away from pop to average before the general training that caused this pop.

1/132 - 99/132 (considering he turned 17 halfway, might even be 130) - 66/150

It works like this:
0/126 (best case scenario) -> 98/126 -> multiplying both numbers by 1,094 to adjust them to next season =~ 107/138 -> 206/138, moving what's over to the next level = 68/150 -> 166/150 = 16/165

And my numbers at the end are 2 points lower than what SA shows because in reality you need to add the decimal part in each training (SA doesn't show decimal points, but it counts in calculations).


Not saying that your player can't have talent better than 4.02. Parameters that SA currently uses aren't perfect, there are many examples that show SA calculating minimal talent higher than maximum talent, my example:



If we compare defence and striker pops then we can conclude that points needed in striker skill on low levels are underestimated or points needed in defence on medium levels are overestimated (or both things at the same time) - that's where talent calculation is producing weird results.
Other weird thing is tech training - in pops to unsatisfactory, poor and weak he got more points than it should be needed with his average talent calculations (167/148 is 19 points over, so more than 1gt), but then in pop to average he had less than required points (even counting full gt coming from previous pop it's only at 174/177) - it suggests that the age and/or skill factors of 1,094 are too high, at least at the low levels and age (maybe they get higher at higher skills levels / age?)

Another thing - pace should have separate "age factor", it's obvious it's higher than other skills.

(I hope Terrion will read it and think about improving parameters, shouldn't be that hard with all the data he has from users :P)

There IS a little error risk in very low levels that maybe I shouldn't take: when there is a pop in the training, I count that pop like if It was 1/2 level lower. For example, a pop to good, I asume It is level 6.5. Why? It's hard to explain... it gave me faster predictions at the cost of a little error margin specially in low levels. I probably shouldn't do it because it may cause unexplanable results for the user like this, as it seems (I didn't check It with the calculator, I just guess this could be the case)

I guess on new instance You have some issues with icons, but it should be quick fix :)

EDIT: Also more more thing related to icons. After becoming NT coach I no longer see star indicating that player is in NT on my team view. On NT view it works fine

What do you mean with the icons?

The star is lost when you update a player, yes. That's because the single player api doesn't provide that info. I was waiting to see if Sokker wanted to fix it, but sinse it would only be one more request, I think I will do it by myself

You can't delete an appended training by yourself. Only Terrion can do it manually. Write him which player and what training.

I debugged it and everything was ok :/

But the maths are clear:

- Euro conversion factor is 4
- Venezuelan money conversion factor is 1.25

420.000 * 1.25 / 4 = 131.250

So it must be converting it into euros instead of Venezuelan money in some case, but I cannot reproduce it :?
