I don't have normal access to the site now so I will just ask - what does 2nd and 3rd button do?

2nd button interchanges the 2 selected players

3rd button mixes players from a different tactic into the main tactic

Is it working today?

Yeah, working now. It was down a few minutes due to lack of funds :S
