impossible, it's not a problem of training but how you set it up
you can only train with ADVANCED training, not the position training...and looking by how many u24 players you have, I'm sure this 18yo gets only position training...

if it doesn't go up with 0-1 position training with three weeks then it's useless and should be removed.

position training was 1/5 of normal training
so the player received around 3/5 of normal training so far [if he played enough games, has a good coach etc.]
position training is NOT for training players, they created it to give some 'extra' for those that play but don't train in advance, just a better general training

yeah, although now you get this training for all positions, no only for the trained formation like before
How do I access the junior school with the new design? I can't find it anywhere, except when the overview menu tells me to accept a new junior og reduce the number of trainees.
