For the 3th time... sponsorships and revenue should be the same!
So 1st class = the same sponsorship and revenue income, regardless of country!
So that means you can play 1st class and earn the same as Polish and Romainian 1st class managers, regarding sponsorships and revenue.
And ADDITIONAL there SHOULD be higher rewards for bigger countries, cause they have to invest tons more money to reach that level in which you can cruise around with U21 players in your A-squad.
I know you don't know how it is in Poland or Romania, but I can tell that they need to have a 70+ team just to survive in that division, and even then you have to play hard to stay out of the red zone.
Is it fun to play in a small country? THAT is another matter and not the question here.

I +1'd to the fact that rewards could be greater for clubs that are participating in CL which obviously could boost teams to go after League win or cup win against farming, but there's probably some opposition for sure from people, but this should be thought through how the rewarding system should be to not flood the game over with too much money etc. Probably some adjustments needs to be done with Youth system and some other add-ons like medical center and blabla to get the money flow out of the game as well.

There would be one very unpopular solution that could solve this problem and which already exists in many other games. Reduce training efficiency in lower divisions.

No, I understand it and Id quit on the spot if something like that would be introduced without any kind of merge. There is already huge income gap between small/big countries and you suggest to widen it.

If you take training income into consideration I really don't think there is a huge income gap between top leagues in small/big countries. I think that's the key part of dtox9's argument

The average wage cost of teams in top divisions in bigger countries is at least double of his, IF he would play with U21 players.
But it seems he doesn't have trainees...Then it is very hard to come by with his team in his country!

Yeah, only 30-100% more from both tickets and sponsors depending on country size. No gap at all, we should introduce even bigger one so no one from these small countries could ever dream of competing against the big guys.

And he's not even considering wages.

Some of you guys have no idea how it is to play sokker in small and basically dead country where the only fun games are in CC against teams who gets way more resources thrown at them just by existing but yeah, lets keep the small guys down and add even bigger income gap. No wonder the game is dying and you guys better hope your countries dont die out sooner rather than later...

This is stupid! fix the injuries already!!!! All players complain about that...i can't remember the last time when i had my best starting eleven fit...Every time one gets injured or gets a red card. Also, after 2 games the yellow card should be canceled, instead it goes on and on until he gets another yellow and is suspended.

27 days injury is just ridiculous. Every game I am afraid something like that happens to me.
