I understand you not wanting to take responsibility and focus on performances and results and I won’t say you’re wrong. But for me it’s a bit of give and take, if managers are nice and cause no trouble when I try and communicate with them, then I was happy to give their players some minutes, and as I take pride in being Welsh (cymru) I also don’t mind taking the responsibility to develop my young Welsh players as well as the few managers we and their young players. With the training aspect taken out as we said before, a lot of manager may just not bother with friendlies meaning less fixtures taking place. It’s a hard one to balance and I’ll never expect anything to happen because I or yourself say anything, but I hope if the developers see the discussions and make at least some decisions. Just for future reference I will play some friendlies but I won’t be crying if I miss a whole month of fixtures like I would have last season.

Guys, you basing your opinios on the wrong assumption.
Do not forget, that all users want their trainees to get best possible training. So if there will be not NT bonus anymore, rich clubs from top divisions will not buy an NT prospect. But it is a chance for a poor teams from lower divisions to buy and train an NT player (same as it is now for a non-NT-prospect - you may buy a decent 17yo trainee from Poland for peanuts). "Problem" will solve itself.

So stop complaining that "this change will kill u-21" because it will not. It is a very good change for the majority of users, because in the most cases, NT brings nothing but higher risk of injury.

U-21 NT was killed by 13 weeks season.
So this little bonus to training, is nothing. You can always play your player in 2 of 3 matches to get maximum efficience of training.
Problem is not this bonus, problem is shortening the season and doing nothing about Junior School.

I totally agree! One of the main problems with NT matches every week has been solved.

Btw, is there any NT training bonus at all if my trainee plays 2 matches with my club?

Yes, the the whole 0%.

Apart form that, you may be unlucky and get the 30-days-injury "bonus" (approx. 300% of training is lost) and you cannot use YOUR player in YOUR team in 8 consecutive league games.

So be a "nice manager" and beg to not use your player in a shitty friendly games. :)

Has U21/NT Ranking been updated?

and I totally disagree, the reason for union of a community is destroyed. The solution to this problem is to place lesions of a maximum of 10 days in a symbolic way and that's it, but they are wrong in how they are handling this issue.

If it was based on giving and getting, then it was never a community.

For years someone has been trying to destroy this game.
I have to admit that they do it really well.

You don't fully understand their "problem".

the discussion is not about all/most NTs, it's about WEAK NTs, with 1-5 users in country, where top 15 u21 prospects are usually very weak and nobody from higher divisions would even look at them and the u21 NT coaches sometimes can't even find people willing to train them at all

but since they were getting into u21 NT team it was fine for some to train those weak players because they had minutes/training% from u21 NT [these players are not good enough for official clubs games hence nobody will give them minutes] and some even trained them only with position training, just not to "lose" them

having said that, it's a made up problem of a very small group of users and it would be ridiculous to make important decisions for the game based on u21 NTs of countries with less than 10 users, that would be simply stupid, sorry guys
