So we have a new season and what happened with the Devs' promise that they will implement visible players skills for NT coaches no later than at the end of the previous season?

if someone did a survey and asked do you trust devs do you know what the result would be? im sure everyone know.

You mean another 10 years to fix things not fixed since 10 years and another 10 years to fix things introducing by "new" things ? Good luck.

The issue with development is they do not know the game itself and touching something impacts all the logic of rest. Since beginning the asked for opinion but never listen to it ....
Old user did not complaining about changes case they want live in the past but cause the games was great as it is it just need fixing bugs and update of the viewer.
I can accept changes in layout to be up with latest technology but to be honest I did not expected so many bugs and so many fail deployment on Saturday:(

You just don't understand what I mean, I don't know if it's because of the language, it's not about the training, it's about the community uniting the selection and this measure of playing arcade affects it

in what way no injuries/training affects the "community" part with National Team? I don't see a connection there and you just keep on saying the same thing

NT was always about having fun of being the coach, having fun of own players playing in NTs, having fun during qualifiers/tournaments etc.

I was writing with some managers of my NT players about minutes they want to get in NT games, and position they should play. I wont anymore cause it doesnt matter right now at all. Noone will care about that his player was used as DEF or MID and if he gets any minutes or not.

In small country like Slovenija I had that possibility of giving some players minutes, even if they were not best players, just to improve their training bonus. As an example, this is now best U20 mid in Slovenija:

6 - 0
7 - 4
8 - 8
5 - 3

He is so weak, that he can play only in friday friendly game, forget about seeing him in league game, even in weakest leagues. Playing only friendly he gets 85% advanced training. Everyone agree that its a waste of training slot... The only thing keeps this player alive is that he is NT and with NT minutes he could reach even 96% of training.

Im talking about best U20 mid, think about second, third... Most of such players are going to be simply dismissed, cause even in weakest league such players gets 85% advanced training at max. Once again, everyone agrees its waste of slot. You can simply buy much better player for a penny and use him also in weak league.

I think most of you dont even realise how bad players are in small NTs and how that training important was.

why should I be bothered if my player is used with DEF or MID in NT, why should NT coach care if he should use a player with DEF or MID order

they can go to a weaker team and get the 95% there

and it's all about owners and their decisions...my youth goalkeeper got 96% as a 16-17yo, I used 17-18yo midfielders, I used 17yo strikers in league games to get them to around 95%

having said that, the 10% difference is NOT that important... you get an "extra" training every 9th week - if due to playing for NT a player gets injured, he loses 1-4 trainings, so it's very debatable whether it's worth it.

Giving '90 in safe friendly + '30 in leagues = maybe worth it

'90 in friendly + '90 in NT = the risk is not worth the potential payoff

Kiljan plays first game in NT = gets injured, loses 2 trainings

I think most of you dont even realise how bad players are in small NTs and how that training important was.

you also have to realise that smallest countries with 1-10 users and their u21 NTs can't be the decisive factor in making decisions for this game

and if people trained "almost worthless" players for NTs, then they will continue to train them even without the extra 10% that they might've got

you have ONE player in whole Bosnia u21 squad that played in NT before this season...the rest has 0 games or 1 game from this week

so apparently there was no problem in people training Bosnia 16-20yo players even when they were not playing in the NT and not getting the bonus, huh?

it's a made up problem...

the real problem is people not wanting their players to play in any NT and not giving skills

well having training and not an injury will make them wish to give skills to NT so im not sure why you are always on the opposite side.

will be bonus to those that wish to train NT and compete at the same time its proven that this is hard to achieve..
