27y old triple superdivine striker in tragic form = 12M
The same player in superdivine form = 20M

And even then, people will say for the striker in tragic form that you are robbed if you bought a striker like that for 12M

defs in that form is a waste of money as well. Mids probably as well but it is harder to notice the impact. Wings in low form are beyond useless.

I can tell, for strikers...there's nothing worse than strikers in low form...
If you play against defs with the same skills in def and pace as the striker has in his striker skills, the low form is going to be worse for strikers, cause they need 3 skills in stead of 2, so they have actually 30% more chance something will fail in their quest of scoring goals, than the defs in their quest of taking ball posession.
Wingers will create less chances, but depending on their passing skill, the passes will come through.
If your strikers are in high form, a winger in low form is still ok.
But a high form winger, giving 45 crosses to a low form striker, who needed 17 attempts just to control the ball correctly, then lost 25 balls from tackles, to only get 3 1 vs 1 chances against the keeper, resulting in kicking the ball over the bar 2 times and 1 save for the GK... I can tell, if you lose that game with 0-1 against 3 chances...you lose it completely! And a striker in low form always plays bad, even against a GK with very good keeper and excellent pace in formidable form...

Wings in off form doesnt get a pass off if opponent has 5 defs. And defs in off form gives away free 1 on 1s so that sucks in any position. Either way "random" form sucks, there should be defined ways to improve it.

All of them specially bought to improve for the main purpose of becoming / being important for the NT

I never said people don't care for NT or that they don't train for NTs, of course some of them do

doesn't change the fact that SOME people don't want their players to play in NT because of injury risk... they prefer to train them only in their team and only play club games so they don't send skills to NT owners

even the previous England NT coach said that he's not sending skills of his players to other NT coaches because he doesn't want to risk injuries for his players

Thing was not to show why people want to avoid their players to play for NT, but to show, there are at least as much people who DO want their players to play for the NT.
About the training... I don't care for the bonus NT training because I don't care for the results in my team and training is prior to results, because I hate the ME and the low forms! But if you do care for your results, the bonus training is necessary for U21 players! NT players not imo, cause NT players should always be sufficient to play for a club team.

in most cases you play in u21 regularly when you are 21yo

so as 16-20yo you don't get the NT bonus...thus either you get worse training or you train in league games as well

you can't hope for NT training due to that, plus the form factor. I have a top 21yo midfielder, but he doesn't play in NT because he has hopeless form

that's also why I don't get the argument that people will stop training youngsters from small nations if there won't be NT bonus training - they already trained them for seasons before they were ready to play in u21 NT, doesn't seem like a valid argument. MAYBE in the past, when there was an unlimited number of players training and the "weak youths from weak NTs" got only training from u21 NT games...but that's not valid anymore

In most cases, the players play for the U21 when they are 20...
In small countries, they are forced to play with 17 and 18y olds too, simply because they have too little players.
It's unthinkable to have only 6 players in the reach of 20 - 21y old players, but if the younger players are not trained well, mostly because they are too weak to offer a training spot on them, then they often get sacked even before they get the chance to become U21 player for their team.
So imagine having to play with a U21 team with players like this:

Is he good enough for U21 team, now? No, not in a million years.
But if you have only 12 players in the range of 16 - 21y old...he MUST play!
And if he must play, he needs to improve his skills and therefor he needs to gather enough minutes and therefor he needs U21 training!
Don't compare apples with oranges, or better, small countries with big countries.
