I'm coach of Shqiperia u21 and I agree with you. I really think that it is going to be even harder for the smaller U21 nt.

Sure thing, small nations have no bonus for training their players… so in WC season they players are not going to dispute any official match….

I suggest that they bring an academy to the game. It should be possible to open a youth academy in other countries. The costs should be doubled.

This is the only way to help small countries.

It would be good then that they allow players to nationalize. I buy 1 Polish and if he plays 1 or 2 seasons in my club I can nationalize him Venezuelan :)

:) I will say only if you train him and at least 3 seasons but still this can be a way to kill small nations...

yeah, big nations would nationalize small nations star players who often are not locally trained this way. Anyways any such changes are unrealistic as devs cant keep up with their planned changes.

First, you need to keep what you have acquired in the game. After that, think about new users. There is a lot of dissatisfaction in the game. The main thing is related to training.

I think a money remuneration needs to be included for every player in the National team.

Players who are in the starting line up and subtitutes gets an X amount of money to their respective clubs.

Players being part of the NT but are not chosen in the line up will get less than players that play to their respective clubs.

This incentive will be the only way all people who have potential players send skills for NT coaches.
