but I played this game like 7-8 years ago, so I remembered not to fully squander my money. 250k really is lousy though. Difficult to set up a half decent training system with so little money to start with. As it is, I have no choice but to beg bigger clubs to host me for friendly money just so I can maybe tread water now.

Is it just me or is this game now really boring once you have all the squad settled and 10 players for long term training? There is just not much else to do here.

yes that is my main goal to win the first league, but in order to do that I just have to do nothing else than wait 3 or 4 seasons until my young players are trained

Only goals for now (I guess for everybody):
- Keep training youth players.
- Keep fans' mood on the top.
- Trying to get good results match by match every week.
- Have luck in Youthschool w/ a good pull.

I was thinking about: We all know season now is shorter than before. Wouldn't be a good idea, add 1 or 2 more slots for training instead of 10?
More players training in every team may decrease the inflation in the game, in terms of offer/demand.

Devs talk about encouraging to expand the bench (to deal with injuries) when beyond 10 players you lose value on untrained players. Really? No one is going to expand a bench under these conditions. Ultimately, it is full training for all players who play that should be the rule.

We can also think about much more "better" juniors, the probability is too low to have at least juniors at more than 1 euro, all the money in market is concentrated on very few of these young players.. It can be fixed quickly by just changing a few parameters that affect the probabilities.

I can also note, that progression and price of a player is so linear and predictive (talent, regression to 30 years...) that it encourages price inflation (and trading). It would be enough to introduce more randomness to stop linearity. (e.g. a player talent that changes over time...)

(divine coach, still no players for months. low leagues should get as good juniors as high leagues and waiting 20+ weeks (5 months omg) for a junior is boring.)

ridiculous idea that would make rich teams even richer, allowing them to easily train up to 33 players each week

that would make the divide even bigger and the price could go even higher, not lower [bigger demand among those with money = higher prices]

it depend if you keep the same training progression. if we can get much more overall/general training for 33 and reducing specific training for 10 (the opposite of the current system) we can :
- have a large bench
- contribute to reduce inflation - reduce rating gap between teams for more challenges.

But Devs are working on quite the opposite, so no worries it never happen.

i just point out the devs contradiction s about having a larger bench (for injuries) or increasing challenges between teams : it s never happen too.

Hmm i would say as well it depends, as every team will not opt for 33 players in their squad. So the market and prices will depend on demand, if everybody opt for 33 player squad then yes, prices will go crazy, if only some of them then definitely not, it might go even the other way around, market corrects itself.

But definitely + 1 to get full training for all players in squad who have played 90 mins and more.

Also if teams are able to train all squad, then competition will be more interesting. From my point of vue i wouldn't hesitate to put a competitive starting 11 if my expensive players would get training too. Atm it's like either you train young players for making money and that penalize you in league standings or you play with good players and you will lose money in the long run.

Definitely it's more logic as well to train 20 players instead of 10 :D
